Print any report or graph in a "camera ready" format.
Control your fonts including bold, italics, underline, font size and choice of fonts.

Frequency Distributions

The frequency distribution is the first report you'll want to look at. It shows, for each question, how many respondents chose each response that you provided in your question.

View the Frequency Distribution in both table and graph format.
See cumulative percentages, percentages including non-respondents and percentages excluding non-respondents.
Easily switch the graph to 2D bar, 3D bar, 2D pie, 3D pie or a line style.
Select each graph's background color, data color and text color from a palette of 16 colors.
Graph using horizontal or vertical orientation.
View results for discrete, continuous, multiple choice, ranking or comment type questions.
View graphs of frequency distributions in natural, ascending or descending order.
View/print a concise table of several frequency distributions ranked naturally or by weighted average.
Compare results from several questions on the same graph.
Print the frequency distribution and/or graph and/or comments for one, several or all questions.
Export the frequency distribution, graph or comments to a word processor or a spreadsheet.
With confidence make statements like: "These survey results are accurate within plus or minus 1.8% 19 times out of 20.

Crosstabulations
Usually researchers crosstab a demographic question identifying respondents' sex, age, education, income, etc. against a question asking the respondent for an opinion. The resultant table shows, for example, how many males think that brand X is excellent versus how many females think that brand X is excellent, how many males think that brand X is good versus...etc.

Different survey types use different question types to use in the crosstab as the 'demographic' question. A survey of employees, for example, might use job description, department or seniority. A survey of companies might use company sales, location or number of employees.

Find out how different groups of people responded to each question in either table or graph format.
Specify your crosstab questions by clicking on the question text, not keying question number.
View the entire crosstab table on one screen or one printed table.
View chi-square statistic and corresponding confidence level.
Have full control over the viewing of non-respondents, weighted averages, row percentages, column percentages, total percentages and frequencies.
Easily manipulate the crosstab column width and row height.
Display the crosstab table, graph or both with one mouse click.
Specify vertical or horizontal banners (several questions on one screen or printed page).
Print one, several or all crosstabs or graphs with one or two mouse clicks.
Export any crosstab table or graph to your spreadsheet or word processor software.

CellSearch
Instead of searching through hundreds of crosstabs looking for differences in attitude across a demographic, you can use CellSearch. It will automatically tell you on which issues males differ significantly from females, young differ from old, Region A differs from Region B, etc. CellSearch provides you with an easy-to-understand explanation of each CellSearch observation and a graph with one bar much larger or smaller than the others, illustrating which group of people feel substantially different from another group about a question in your survey.

The CellSearch analysis lets you make statements like:

68 % of males think our product is excellent but only 33 % or females think so.

22 % of people under 25 think our service is poor but 54 % of people 25 and over think so.

83 % of people earning over $50,000 felt the new product would be useful, but only 28 % of people earning under $50,000 think so.

CellSearch requires only one mouse click to fully analyze a demographic. Yet it sends your computer off to do millions of calculations that will save you hours of research time and help you uncover any vital information lurking in your response data.
